Josemard offers a wide range of sweet food flavours. Our flavourings are selected and customized for you by our flavorists in collaboration with our sales team.
Our different flavours status
Flavours
Whether synthetic or not, a flavour is intended to be added to a food product to enhance or modify its taste.
Natural flavours
A flavour whose flavouring part is exclusively composed of natural substances and/or preparations.
Natural flavours of X
A natural flavour in which at least 95% of the flavouring part comes from source X, with the remaining 5%, also natural, intended to add typicity to its taste profile.
Available in two main forms:
● Liquid (water soluble and oil soluble)
● Powder (by simple mixing)
